A priest who has impacted countless Gannon students over 37 years, and the man who invented the vehicle anti-theft device The Club® will be honored at Gannon's 21st annual Scholarship Celebration Dinner. The Rev. Robert Susa, and inventor and philanthropist James E. Winner, Jr., will be among the honorees at the dinner, to be held Saturday, Oct. 18. The event will begin with a reception at 6 p.m., followed by the dinner program at 7 p.m. in the Yehl Room of the Waldron Campus Center, 124 West 7th St. In addition to Susa and Winner, also receiving the Archbishop Gannon Medal of Distinction will be C. Christopher Cooney and Brian Jackman, both members of Gannon's class of 1963. Scholarship Celebration recognizes the personal leadership, academic quality, and scholarship support of Catholic Higher Education.
